You will need a passport with blank pages and an expiration date set 6 months from the day of entry. In case you need a passport, expedited services are available. Google “passport services” for more info.

Mykonos has healthy and fresh solutions for all dietary restrictions (gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, etc). We will be recommending restaurants for group meals, most or all of which should be able to meet your needs.

Do I need yoga or meditation experience?

No! All of our retreats are open to all experience levels. Yoga and meditation are just two components to our multi-faceted, well-rounded retreats. Participation in a movement sessions or workshop is always optional.

How many participants attend the retreats?

Groups will range between 5 and 20 people; this way, we ensure that everyone receives plenty of attention and care.

Remember, retreat payments are non-refundable. Any unexpected personal, political, environmental or weather-related incident or pre-existing medical condition could interrupt or prevent your trip. This is very uncommon, but it is always wise to protect yourself.
